Soul & Oak Wholesale Agreement


Wholesale is offered to established business in the continental United States.


Ordering and Payment:


Initial Wholesale, minimum is $600. (Retail value $1000)
Reorders in the same calendar year, minimum is $165. (Retail value $300)


We do not offer net terms at this time.

Orders must be PREPAID before delivery and delivery costs will be added to the wholesale minimum order total. Major credit cards will be accepted through PayPal. An invoice will be sent.

Please DO NOT order your products through the Shop on the site. A custom RESERVED listing will be created for you once the details are established.




Each piece is custom made to order and is a handmade work. Every effort is made to craft décor that is both unique and of high quality. Variations in color and design are part of the individual charm of all Soul & Oak designs. Expect that each piece in your order will be different, even those of a similar stock. Due to the nature of the stock and the philosophy of Soul & Oak, some items may only be available in a limited run.


You may order from the stock designs available at www.soulandoak.etsy.com (current and sometimes past designs) or work with us to request custom pieces created just for you. If you are interested in completed event designs, Soul & Oak will work with you for the best assortment for your needs. Prices vary.


Please keep in mind that everything from Soul & Oak is made to order and adequate time must be allowed for the creation. We will work with you to fulfill an order to your time frame but will typically need 3-4 weeks depending on the size of the order to process before shipping.




Shipping costs are not included in the wholesale pricing and will be determined once your order is processed. Orders will be shipped either by United States Postal Service or UPS, cost to be determined at the time of order.




Each design is handmade to order, so please understand that ALL SALES ARE FINAL and no returns will be allowed. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know what will sell in their store, but we will work with you to tailor the products as much as possible to your needs.

Due to the unique nature of our products, no buy backs or returns or exchanges are offered.


If a piece is damaged in shipment, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the shipment to discuss your options. Any unauthorized return will be refused and shipping fees are non-refundable.


Reseller's Permit:

A copy of your current reseller's permit is required for tax purposes.



Soul & Oak does consider some consignment situations on a case to case basis but if your shop does work on consignment we do encourage you to reach out. We typically only consider consignment opportunities with 60-70% of proceeds to Soul & Oak.
